Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following be removed from the Finance Committee and brought to the             
floor for consideration:                                                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 299                                                            
"An Act making appropriations for the monetary terms of the                   
collective bargaining agreement with the Inlandboatmen's Union                 
of the Pacific; and providing for an effective date."                          
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw             
the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
